The Hong Kong-listed group has announced plans to expedite expansion into the Grater Bay Area for all three of its brands – Saint Honore, Mon Cher and Zoff.
The company has recorded a half-year rise in revenue of 12.7 per cent and a half-year profit for continuing operation of $2.17M, an increase of 161.7 per cent. Sales at Saint Honore, the group’s cake shop chain, achieved double-digit growth as Coronavirus restrictions were relaxed in the heart of the Hong Kong market. The company expects to open more stores in Hong Kong in the year ahead.
Alongside strong growth in the Saint Honore brand, the company also opened a further three Mon Cher shops. The patisserie’s portfolio now consists of four locations just six months after the brand was launched in the territory.
CEO and Executive Director, Richard Yeung, commented: “The group is pleased with Mon Cher’s strong performance to date and believes the brand is on track to become a category leader in the local market.”
The group now has a network of 136 stores located across Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou.
